WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ACADEMY

The Women in Leadership and Management Academy provides leaders with the opportunity to learn and practice interpersonal skills they will use every day. It combines classroom and online learning, skill practice at work and the support of a workplace mentor.
Over the last 10 years, hundreds of employees have completed the Leadership Academy from Clackamas Community College. They have gone on to make significant contributions to their organizations, with many experiencing personal and professional growth.
Participants who successfully complete this training will be eligible for 2.7 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
Class size limited to 24 students. Men are encouraged to attend.
This program is offered in partnership between Clackamas Community College and the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce. Sponsorships available.

Academy participants will attend six training sessions, with the morning devoted to interactive leadership sessions and the afternoon to mentoring and community involvement.
Lunches will be provided.
