DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION CLOSED! Want to be placed on next years wait list\, email us!\n\nWomen in Leadership & Management Academy program runs January through June 2021.  One day per month and this course is limited to 24 adult students seeking to expand their management and leadership skillset.\n\n\n\nThe WILMA Academy provides managers\, leaders and emerging leaders with the opportunity to learn and practice interpersonal skills they will use every day. The course teaches leaders the interaction essentials they need to handle the variety of challenges and opportunities encountered every day in the workplace and beyond.\n\nParticipants will earn CEU (continuing education credits).\n\n\n\nClasses begin at 8:00am and run to 1:30pm. With the exception of February's class that will run 8:00am to 2:30pm.\n\n\n\nJanuary 28 - Communicating for Leadership Success\n\nFebruary 25 - Making the Most of Workplace Differences\n\nMarch 25 - Confident Conversations (Conflict Resolution)\n\nApril 22 - Coaching for Peak Performance\n\nMay 27 - Setting Goals and Reviewing Results\n\nJune 24   Delegating with Purpose\n\n\n\nTraining will take place via Zoom. In the event that classes can be held face-to-face\, Clackamas Community College will provide a space and students will be alerted in advance for proper planning.\n\n\n\nClass size limited to 24 students. Men are encouraged to attend.\n\n\n\nThe WILMA Academy is State certified. Attendees can earn 2.7 CEUs\, depending upon full participation and attendance.  This program is offered in partnership between Clackamas Community College and the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce.\n\n\n\nCourse cost is $675 per student.
