Nominees must live and/or work in Clackamas County and will have made significant contributions to their community.\n\n\n\nOne winner will be selected from each of these categories:\n\nLifetime Achievement\n\nLarge Corporation\n\nSmall Corporation\n\nManufacturing\n\nEntrepreneur\n\nPublic Service\n\nLarge Non-Profit\n\nSmall Non-Profit\n\n\n\nIf you wish to nominate someone\, please see the form linked HERE.\n\nSubmission deadline is October 29th and forms must be fully completed for consideration. \n\n\n\nPlease contact the Chamber if you have questions or require additional information to complete a nomination form.
