Her career began working in the Ski Industry\, continued in the Restaurant Industry\, and as a business owner. Cindy has developed quite a "tool kit" for Human Resource functions including the areas of compliance\, recruiting\, hiring\, training and retention\, team building\, safety and risk management and supervisor training\, as well as employee performance reviews\, internal escalation issues and more. HR Annie's knowledge bank and longevity of experience\;  credible relationships with past and present clients\; and the ability to say it like it is\, weaves effortlessly with the needs of clients.
