DESCRIPTION:Class is full for 2017.\n\nSponsorships with mentoring sessions are still available.\n\n\n\nThe Women in Leadership and Management Academy provides leaders with the opportunity to learn and practice interpersonal skills they will use every day.  It combines classroom and online learning\, skill practice at work and the support of a workplace mentor.\n\n\n\nOver the last 10 years\, hundreds of employees have completed the Leadership Academy from Clackamas Community College. They have gone on to make significant contributions to their organizations\, with many experiencing personal and professional growth.\n\n\n\nParticipants who successfully complete this training will be eligible for 2.7 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). \n\n\n\nClass size limited to 24 students. Men are encouraged to attend.\n\n\n\nThis program is offered in partnership between Clackamas Community College and the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce.
