    About Us

Oak Lodge Water Services is a special district that provides three essential water services to nearly 29,000 people in a roughly 6.5 square mile area of unincorporated Clackamas County as well as parts of Gladstone and Milwaukie. As a self-sustaining local government agency, OLWS focuses every dollar and every day on maintaining reliable drinking water, wastewater, and watershed protection services.

The Oak Lodge Water Service Treatment Plant treats 1.5 billion gallons of wastewater each year.
Our customers receive their drinking water from the Clackamas River. The Clackamas River is an extremely high-quality, raw water source. Timothy Lake and the Ollalie Lake make up the head waters of the Clackamas River. These lakes are located high up in the Mount Hood National Park area. Along with the lakes, there are many other small tributary mountain streams that contribute to the flow of the river.
