    At Priority One Property Management, we have been serving the Milwaukie, OR, area since 1997. Over the past 25 years, our company has grown from three to four properties to over 200 properties. We have a wide range of experience managing everything from apartment complexes to single-family homes.


    Because of our experience in this industry, we have handled almost every situation that could arise with property management. We have the skill to collect rent from tenants, schedule emergency maintenance appointments, and fill vacancies in your property.
