The worksheet allows you to quickly see the holes in your current systems and practices as well as understand how to set priorities in building your HR Structure in a timely and practical way.

Cindy has developed quite a “tool kit” for Human Resource functions including the areas of compliance, recruiting, hiring, training and retention, team building, safety and risk management and supervisor training, as well as employee performance reviews, internal escalation issues and more. HR Annie's knowledge bank and longevity of experience; credible relationships with past and present clients; and the ability to say it like it is, weaves effortlessly with the needs of clients. For fun, Cindy spends free time with family enjoying the amazing offerings of the great Northwest.
