Disaster can strike quickly and without warning. It can force you to evacuate your neighborhood or confine you to your home. In preparation for September being National Preparedness Month, this month's lunch & learn will focus on being ready with your business and home.
Being prepared is more than just having some water, food and supplies on hand. What can you do to protect your important documents and secure items that have intrinsic value and cannot be easily be replaced? How can you transfer risk to insurance to keep your business running during the turmoil following a disaster? What is the easiest and most convenient way to stock emergency equipment and supplies needed to take care of the basics if you are caught without necessary services?
