Emotional Labor, Compassion Fatigue & Effects of Keeping Your 'Game-Face' On
Have you seen the literal signs of emotional labor, ?Please be kind to our staff, they are doing their best.?? Or the less literal ?signs? of emotional labor hearing teams share that they feel exhausted doing the jobs that once gave them energy? Whether our teams are working with external customers and clients or our ?internal customers,? we've seen the effects of prolonged workplace stress and outcries of burnout now, more than ever. Join our Head of Training, Becky Free, as we take a closer look at the causes of workplace fatigue and short-term relief strategies. During this session, we'll also provide other ideas for ongoing solutions to ensure that our internal and external customers are supported and recognized for the hard work that they do. We will donate $10 from every registration to Pixie Project which is a non-profit animal rescue and adoption center, chosen by our speaker, Becky Free. Can't make the session date? A limited (7-day) recording link will be sent to all registered participants post-session.
