About Us

HealthyU Nutrition is a not-for-profit organization that offers individual nutrition and dietary counseling services with the guidance of Registered Dietitian Cary Cuevas.

We do not have a one-size-fits-all program for diet and lifestyle improvement. Changes and goals are set through collaborative conversations where you decide the best approach and what to prioritize. The role of our Registered Dietitian is to provide guidance, support, and the tools you need to keep you on your path to successful long-term change.

HealthyU Nutrition accepts health insurance from BCBS, United Healthcare, PacificSource, Cigna, TriCare TriWest, Trillium, and Oregon Health Plan (CareOregon, PacificSource Community Solutions, Trillium Community Connections). Most health insurance plans, including OHP, cover nutrition services as a preventative benefit and have limited out-of-pocket costs.
