    Mountain Park has been designed to provide a continuum of care on campus. Designed with a new “neighborhood” style to help keep everyone safe and comfortable, our community is designed to exceed your needs at any level.

    Mountain Park is located in beautiful Clackamas, Oregon just down the road from Happy Valley. Our community is very accessible from I-205. just down Sunnyside and nestled in the neighborhoods by Mt. Talbert Nature Park.

    Our goal at Mountain Park Memory Care is to provide a safe, thriving, and inspiring environment for our residents. We accommodate each resident’s unique needs and desires. Our cutting-edge community utilizes the latest concept features and technologies specifically tailored to serve our residents
