About Us

We are a family owned and operated business serving the Portland metro area for the last 22 years. Terry is a born and bred Oregonian, raised right here in Milwaukie where we live and work. He graduated from Rex Putnam High School in 1980 and went on to earn two associates degrees from Clackamas Community College, one in Mechanics and another in Auto Body in 1984. Terry worked around town for a season, never really able to find anything truly stable in the automotive industry, so he decided to try his hand at plumbing and apply for an apprenticeship. Being the mechanically minded man that he is, things clicked and it seemed as though he were made for the trade. After receiving his Journeyman's license from Area 1 in 1994, he spent the better part of a decade working on new construction for someone else's plumbing shop, and in 2002, he decided to take a leap of faith into running his own business. Since then he has been dedicated to serving the people of Milwaukie and the greater Portland area. Terry has a particular interest in handing down his knowledge and skills to the younger generations, and we are very proud to have done so with our son David, who just recently received his Journeyman's license from Area 2 in 2024.
