My Path Wellness will be presenting a plan of action on how to handle the holidays without gaining weight but still enjoying the holidays. 75% of Americans will put on their yearly weight during the holiday seasons with all the baked goods, holiday parties, and family/friend events. Since most of these revolve around eating, have you ever asked yourself what should I eat, how should I eat and then finally decide it's too much work and just wing it. Coming home feeling guilty or not feeling well but never fully understanding how to avoid these feelings? Mike R. Thomas will be teaching quick tips on how to enjoy the holiday's, avoid feeling guilty and avoiding putting on weight during the holidays.
