2019 WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ACADEMY

The Women in Leadership and Management Academy provides managers and up and coming leaders with the opportunity to learn and practice interpersonal skills they will use every day. It combines classroom learning, skill practice at work and the support of a workplace mentor.
Over the last 10 years, hundreds of employees have completed the Leadership Academy from Clackamas Community College. These employees have gone on to make significant contributions to their organizations, with many experiencing personal and professional growth.
Participants who successfully complete this training will be eligible for 2.7 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Class size limited to 24 students. Men are encouraged to attend.
This program is offered in partnership between Clackamas Community College and the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce.
Course cost is $600 per student. This covers course materials and lunch each day of class.

Third Thursday of the month from January - June (exception of January, class will be January 24th). Academy participants will attend six training sessions, with the morning devoted to interactive leadership and management sessions and the afternoon to mentoring and community involvement discussion.
*Please note -February 21st class will be held at the CCC Harmony Campus at 7726 Harmony Road (the Harmony West building), room HW 240
Lunch will be provided each month.
