The Women in Leadership and Management Academy provides managers and emerging leaders with the opportunity to learn and practice interpersonal skills they will use every day.  Academy is a nationally credentialed program combining classroom experience, professional development and mentoring.

Over the last 10 years, hundreds of employees have completed the Leadership Academy from Clackamas Community College. These employees have gone on to make significant contributions to their organizations, with many experiencing personal and professional growth.

Participants who successfully complete this training will be eligible for 2.7 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Class size limited to 24 students. Men are encouraged to attend.

This program is offered in partnership between Clackamas Community College and the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce.

Course cost is $675 per student. This covers course materials and lunch each day of class.
