You have built a successful company, you need the right people doing the right things at the right time in order to continue to meet and exceed the objectives and goals of your business. Yikes! You are asking yourself, “How am I going to know the who, what, when and why of having employees????” HR Annie Consulting’s workshop will help you.
What you will learn – The factors you need to evaluate when developing a long lasting human resource base:

- compatibility with your business model and culture
- for ease of implementation
- the effective internal marketing to employees
What you will take away – You will have a roadmap and strategy for building an HR structure that fits your company. Additionally, you will receive the HR Gap’s Analysis Worksheet to use internally. The worksheet allows you to quickly see the holes in your current systems and practices as well as understand how to set priorities in building your HR Structure in a timely and practical way.
For the past 25 years, Cindy has worked in a Human Resource and Training capacity. Her career began working in the Ski Industry, continued in the Restaurant Industry, and as a business owner. Cindy has developed quite a “tool kit” for Human Resource functions including the areas of compliance, recruiting, hiring, training and retention, team building, safety and risk management and supervisor training, as well as employee performance reviews, internal escalation issues and more. HR Annie's knowledge bank and longevity of experience; credible relationships with past and present clients; and the ability to say it like it is, weaves effortlessly with the needs of clients. For fun, Cindy spends free time with family enjoying the amazing offerings of the great Northwest.
