Rob Campbell, Director of SBDC will present this class which will be an overview of the types of planning a business should perform and how each type can improve their business.
Rob will focus on strategic planning, how to look 3-5 years down the road, to learn how to think about where your business could go and more importantly, where your customers will go.
Rob will present a business model attendees can use on an ongoing basis to monitor the key factors that will impact their business in the future. This thinking model has been used with all types of businesses – for profit and non-profit organizations. Rob uses this model working with the college and with the small business development center to provide relevant, affordable, and accessible services to clients. Examples will be presented of how the model works and what initiatives were adopted by using the model.
