Disaster Preparedness: Building an Emergency Response Plan
Join HR Annie and Edward Colson from Ready Northwest Emergency Management for a 60-minute webinar about disaster preparedness and emergency response plans. During this session, Edward will outline what natural, technological, and human-caused disasters businesses need to be prepared for in the Pacific Northwest and how to develop an emergency response plan. He'll then talk about how to implement a testing strategy to ensure your employees are prepared when these disasters may occur. Lastly, we'll discuss the importance of having a training and education program for your employees for emergency preparedness. He holds a degree in Emergency Management and over 10 years of experience in helping businesses be ready for unexpected disasters. He has assisted businesses in being prepared for the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Oregon Wildfires, active shooter incidents, and more.
