Eat Less, Sleep More, and Slow Down
People express an interest in healthy behaviors, but they often fail because they are not given the right tools to help them change. In this class, students will learn from the book, Eat Less, Sleep More and Slow Down by Robert Hesslink. Guided by Mr. Hesslink, students will discover three simple behaviors that will improve their health and well-being. Each class session will review and discuss relevant and new research pertinent to the three simple tools of eating less, sleeping more and slowing down.
