EMOTION ADVENTURERS WORKSHOP
BOND, LEARN, AND GROW: ZONES OF REGULATION WORKSHOP FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN Join Nikki, SLP, and Juliette, OT, for an engaging workshop designed to help parents and children ages 4-10 understand and manage emotions using the Zones of Regulation. In this small-group setting (limited to 10 participants), you'll: Discover the Zones of Regulation: Learn about the four zones of emotion and how they impact our behavior. Bond with your child: Participate in interactive activities that strengthen your parent-child relationship. Receive expert guidance: Gain practical strategies and tools from experienced therapists to support your child's emotional development. Take home resources: Leave with a Zones of Regulation visual aid to continue the learning at home.
