Scott Barbur is the managing attorney of Barbur Law LLC in downtown Milwaukie. His practice focuses on Estate Planning, Probate and Contract Law. Scott prides himself in his ability to relate to his clients in a down-to-earth and practical manner to help them meet their legal needs with confidence and understanding.

A native Oregonian, Ms. Majors-Staab earned her Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science and Master of Agriculture degrees from Oregon State University and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College.  Ms. Majors-Staab is admitted to practice Oregon and in federal court.  While she has represented clients in administrative and municipal hearings and in contested litigation, her current focus is on using her experience to assist individuals with personal and businesses transactional matters that include business formation and formalities, transfers to family or key personnel, contracts, and real estate matters.
