Holiday De-stressing Lunch & Learn
Holiday De-stressing involves taking the time to organize what needs to be done and determining whether it REALLY needs to be done.
What are tradition, family, church, community expectations?
What does not really work well for you but you do it anyway? Why?
It is a time for reflection and inner nourishment, not exhaustion from fulfilling everyone else’s expectations.
Let’s discuss the traditions & expectations that nourish you vs drain you.
How can you rearrange activities to keep most people happy most of the time.
How can you delegate and not feel guilty?
How can you let go and not feel guilty?
What do you need to do immediately and what can wait?
Start today.
Carol Griesmeyer, with Oregon City Acupuncture has been involved in patient care for almost 50 years, only recently retiring from nursing.
She brings a wealth of knowledge from both eastern and western medicine into the treatment room.
Integration of treatments and concepts often finds the best results for patients.
Teaching is a high point for Carol. She has taught 100s of techs, RNs, residents, physicians and fellow practitioners in both fields.
Patient education is paramount in any treatment plan as an educated is more likely to participate in their care plan and have greater success.
Balance in one’s life and health is the goal. Not easy to achieve but easier when you have a coach and supporter.
