Humana to Honor, Recognize Vietnam-Era Veterans in Pinning Ceremony and Veterans Resource Fair in Oregon City, July 30
Humana, a leading health and well-being company, in partnership with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Lawrence Alberti Post and Auxiliary #12140 is hosting a Vietnam War Commemoration Veterans Pinning Ceremony on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Clackamas Community College Gregory Forum Building, 19600 S Molalla Avenue, Oregon City. Veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces between Nov. 1, 1955, and May 15, 1975, regardless of location, are eligible to participate in the ceremony. Humana is a Commemorative Partner for the Vietnam War Commemoration, a federal program, and is proud to support and salute Vietnam-era veterans. Local Vietnam-era veterans interested in participating are asked to RSVP to ensure enough pins are available. To RSVP, or for more information, call Humana at 1-800-781-4203 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Following the ceremony, refreshments will be served and several area veterans organizations will have representatives on site for a free veterans resource fair.
