Paid Leave Oregon Update - Part Two
Paid Leave Oregon (PLO) benefits for eligible employees began in early September, and the response was overwhelming, with over 4,600 applications submitted within the first week. Now that we're in full swing of Paid Leave Oregon, the transition from preparation to reality has sparked many new questions since our last PLO webinar back in August 2023. Join HR Annie Consultant Brooke Bohan for Part Two of our Employer Paid Leave Oregon Update webinar. In this session, we'll guide you through what we've learned over the first 45+ days of Paid Leave Oregon, outline the responsibilities of employers of different sizes, and discuss managing leaves for multi-state employers. This is a fantastic follow-up to our August Paid Leave Oregon webinar. Session Highlights: - Current trends and what we've learned in the first 45 days - Considerations & best practices for employers with less than 25 employees - Considerations & best practices for employers with 25+ employees - Best practices for managing leaves for multistate employers Eligible for 1 hour of SHRM & HRCI credits!
