Public Policy/GAC Meeting
Date:
August 2, 2021
Time:
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM PDT
Event Description:
This month's Public Policy meeting is jam packed with some remarkable guest speakers so don't miss out. Anyone can join us for these meetings as they are open to the public.
Please note, we will return to in-person PP meetings just as soon as some of our regular meeting locations re-open to the public. Since ours are working luncheon meetings, we have limited availability where our members can bring in their own food & beverage. We will post the return to in-person just as soon as we can.
12:00-12:15pm: Lori DeRemer will join us to share insights and why she is running for Congress and her plans for Oregon, should she be elected.
12:15-12:30pm: Stan Pulliam, Mayor of Sandy will provide an update on the expansion of the city, the Hwy 26 local bypass study he’s working on, as well as the huge win he had with funding for the sewage plant.
12:30 - 1:00pm: Commissioner Paul Savas and Martha Fritzie, Principal Planner w/ Clackamas County Department of Transportation & Dvlmt will join us to provide an update on ZDO amendments related to multi-family housing that impact the C3 district (as well as other commercial areas) moving forward to the Planning Commission.
