The award is made annually to individuals who make significant contributions to the regional SBDC program and show a strong commitment to small business. As past President and co-owner of Ness & Company, the 7th largest privately owned company in Oregon, Robert comes to us with outstanding credentials and wealth of knowledge of marketing practices.
