Drishti Wellness

Located in Portland, Oregon, Drishti Wellness is dedicated to helping individuals find balance, improve well-being, and thrive through personalized Ayurveda and yoga offerings. Founded by Christine Fontaine, a certified yoga instructor and Ayurveda educator with a background in marine biology, Drishti Wellness curates unique experiences tailored to each individual's or group's needs.

Offerings include:

Ayurveda Education: A 7-week beginner-friendly online program that introduces the principles of Ayurveda, teaching participants how to achieve body balance and prevent dis-ease. Weekly ''Wellness Wisdom Hours'' via Zoom provide additional support.

Yoga for Special Occasions: Customized yoga sessions, meditation, and pranayama experiences for events like weddings, including the popular Yoga Brunch Club for smaller groups.

Workshops and Retreats: Vision board workshops, stress management tools for busy professionals, and more, designed to support holistic wellness.

Yoga for Athletes: Classes designed to enhance performance and recovery, blending mindfulness and movement.

Drishti Wellness is also launching a YouTube channel with short, 90 second to 15 minute, yoga sessions to support wellness at any time of day.
